It’s said that if you end up with five really close friends over the course of your life, you should consider yourself to be really blessed.
True friendships are a gift from God. They are so rare and precious. Friendships cost us a lot of time and energy, at times they can be hard and frustrating. But good friendships are life changing. They can be a source of incredible pleasure, encouragement, comfort and inspiration.
What if you don’t have many friends? God’s Word has a lot to say about choosing friends wisely and how we ought to be to get good friends.
A man who has friends must himself be friendly, But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
